The foundations of West Coast GBC were laid when Parker Piner helped build his family home at age 17.
Born into a multigenerational family of contractors and architects in the Mid-West, Parker Piner grew up with a deeply engrained respect and passion for the trades within his own family.
Parker began learning how to build when he was young, eventually working his way up to managing large-scale projects for luxury general contractors in Southern California. He came to establish a notable reputation for his authentic, client-centric approach and for his ability to speak the language of everyone from craftspeople to architects.
Parker established West Coast General Building Contractors Inc in 2002, as a general contracting firm with a focus on continuing the personal approach and commitment to quality that he came to be known for.
When Beth Piner joined the team in 2011, her extensive executive-level experience managing multi-million dollar office accounts added an invaluable level of proficiency and operational organization to West Coast GBC.
As a husband and wife team, Beth and Parker lead West Coast GBC. Together, they develop strong working relationships and dynamically collaborative teams that consistently deliver exceptional quality of work and client experience.
They are still involved in every project, they still know every client.
