Cheers To 20 Years!

This year is a big one for West Coast GBC, we are celebrating twenty years of tireless passion and commitment to building fine architecture and community!

These last twenty years have been an incredibly fulfilling and prosperous journey for Beth and Parker and our team. We have experienced significant growth, moments of economic uncertainty, changes in our team, and not to mention changes in the world! We have had some big achievements and we have experienced instrumental moments of humility that ultimately energized us to get to where we were determined to be.

For West Coast GBC founder, Parker Piner there has never been a moment since he first got his building license at age 23 where he didn’t feel that construction was exactly what he was meant to be doing. That level of focus and determination coupled with Parker’s humble mid-western roots laid a foundation of respect for craft and for each other that has come to define the reputation and attitude of our whole team.

Many of the people that Parker worked with prior to the formation of West Coast GBC are the very same faces that can be found around our job sites today. We depend on these subcontractors and partners to help bring our projects to fruition and we know that we simply could not build to such high standards if we didn’t have the highest quality people working on our side.

Gifts included custom West Coast General Building Contractors hats and hand-made gourmet chocolate bars specially crafted for the event by Eclipse Chocolates

Honoring these invaluable relationships and our major milestone culminated on May 19th, 2022, when close to 200 clients, partners, family, and friends came out to celebrate at our “Cheers to 20 Years!” event at Eppig Brewing company in Point Loma.

Half a year in the making, Beth worked with our creative director, Alexandra, and an incredible list of vendors to make every detail intentional and enjoyable for the people that are so much of who and what we are today!

We are deeply honored to have cultivated a reputation for the quality of our relationships just as much as we have for our craft. This we owe to you our clients, partners, craftspeople, and crews. We simply would not be who or where we are today without you all.

From our West Coast GBC family to yours, a most heartfelt thank you and cheers to the next twenty years!
