This vibrant beachside condo in La Jolla Shores is the beautiful Summer getaway for this family from the Midwest. As the preferred general contractor for the greater condo building in which it is located, West Coast GBC began building a relationship with the clients long before they decided to renovate. When the time came to extensively remodel their condo, the clients already had established trust in our team and immediately contracted with West Coast for their project.

The vibrant space boasts a lot of personality and coastal style, befitting of a sunny La Jolla property. Designer, Jaci Springfield brought her signature bold style to the reimagined space, selecting blues and whites and geometric textured tiles. The collaborative efforts of West Coast and Springfield visually opened up the condo and maximized the footprint, despite its modest 3 bed/2 bath layout.

The kitchen may be small, but it is mighty. With a requirement that there must be an incorporated nook above the hood range for a seashell collection, we delivered on this personal request while also managing to integrate a gourmet kitchen into the compact space.
