The kitchen and living areas of this beautiful Spanish colonial home underwent an extensive renovation to create an environment that was both family-friendly and refined.

The vibrant hand-crafted tiles infuse the kitchen with personality and character, while still complementing the clean lines of the modern cabinetry and the custom island. The wooden breakfast nook addition to the island allows for more communal use of the space, perfect for a family with children. Although the scope was concentrated on the first floor, our craftsmen worked hard to ensure that every detail and finish was refined to the highest of standards that we apply to every project we undertake.
